Why does UFA (Urban Food Alliance) Offer Courses?
UrbanHood is a branch of Urban Food Alliance, a non-profit organization that aims to both eradicate food crisis in the local communities as well as educate and empower the community with respect to financial literacy and investing success. All profits from these courses will go to Urban Food Alliance to support their efforts to feed the less fortunate.
Course Description
This course will teach you everything you need to know about Agile and Scrum Foundation, a powerful PM (Project Management) framework that organizations effectively follow to manage their projects. You will learn the basic principles of Agile Methodology in the Project Management and Scrum Framework, values that drive these principles and how the values/principles can be related to real-life projects. By the end of this course, you will be able to learn about the foundation of Agile and Scrum, get familiarity with various cutting-edge Certifications valued across the industries, improve your servant leadership skills, and boost your productivity.

The purpose of this course is to teach you how to deploy Agile and Scrum in managing projects to improve your productivity and creativity. By the end of this course, you will be able to:

The course will be delivered online through a combination of online seminar, video lectures, interactive exercises, and quizzes. Students will have access to the course materials 24/7 and can interact with the instructor and other students through a private discussion forum.
