Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to support the implementation of the cloud version of Salesforce at Urban Food Alliance. This role will involve gathering requirements, conducting research, and assisting in various tasks related to the project, with a focus on enhancing our donor relationship management capabilities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both business analysis and Salesforce implementation in a nonprofit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UFA team members to gather and document business requirements for the Salesforce implementation, focusing on donor relationship management.

  • Conduct research on best practices for cloud-based CRM systems, particularly within nonprofit organizations.

  • Assist in the creation of detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to support the Salesforce implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
